We have a 30 day refund or exchange policy. However if you enter your code for the Golden Koi, we take that as you are happy with your product so returns are no longer accepted.

We do this to avoid people getting free entries into the Golden Koi by requesting refunds if they don't win the draw.

We will do the draw live on our Instagram/Facebook account on the 1st of each month. However if you miss it live, don’t worry! The winner will receive an SMS or email shortly after the draw to let them know they have won.

The draw takes place on the 1st of each month.

We will conduct the draw live on our Instagram and Facebook at 7pm on the 1st so make sure to follow our social media to see this happen and to stay up to date with the latest information and a running total of the prize fund.

You will also receive an email or SMS to remind you the draw is taking place and if you have won.

Your code doesn't expire for 3 months so if you miss the deadline (the last day of the month), you can just enter into next months draw.
